Our Story
Nin started as a small kitchen experiment — flavors from across Asia reimagined as the pastries we grew up loving in Los Angeles. Every recipe is a conversation between two cultures, made by hand, made with care.
We use only natural ingredients, slow-proof our doughs overnight, and source our matcha, black sesame, and taro from trusted importers who share our obsession with quality.
